  • 28 May 2019 San Marino – Normal Operations

    Poste San Marino has updated that the strike action taken by Poste San Marino employees is now over.  Operations are back to normal.

  • 24 May 2019 Lebanon – End of Strike

    LibanPost has updated that the customs strike is over, and clearance of all postal items is gradually resuming.

  • 22 May 2019 Jamaica

    Jamaica Post has advised that there will be some delays in the processing of mails during the period 21 May to 7 June 2019 following an issue that required the shutdown of its operation in the International Mail Processing Centre due to noxious fumes circulating outside and within the Centre.

  • 22 May 2019 San Marino – Strike

    Poste San Marino has advised that there may be delays in delivery of letters and parcels due to strike action by Poste San Marino employees since 13 May 2019.

  • 21 May 2019 Lebanon – Strike

    LibanPost has advised that the workers responsible for mail clearance have been on strike since 17 May 2019.  As a result of this strike, and until further notice, there will be no clearance of inbound and outbound flows, resulting in delays in the processing of all postal items.

  • 21 May 2019 Philippines – Normal Operations

    Philippine Postal Corporation has advised that postal services in the areas affected by the earthquake on 22 April 2019, including Lubao and Porac, have returned to normal.

  • 17 May 2019 Zimbabwe – Normal Operations

    Zimbabwe Posts has updated that all of its postal operations in the areas of Manicaland that were affected by Cyclone Idai are now back to normal.

  • 14 May 2019 Israel – Normal Operations

    Israel Postal Company has advised that all postal operations are now back to normal.

  • 23 Apr 2019 Philippines – Earthquake

    Philippine Postal Corporation has advised that, following the magnitude 6.1 earthquake which occurred in Castillejos, Zambales on 22 April 2019:

     

    a.     All postal operations are suspended in Metro Manila and Pampanga provinces on 23 April 2019, owing to suspension of government work in those provinces;

     

    b.     Based on the initial report of the Philippine National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, damage sustained in the following areas of Pampanga province may cause delays to postal services: Lubao and Porac.
