• 03 Feb 2022 POPStation Service Downtime

  POPStation Service Downtime: All POPStations will be undergoing system updates on 8-9 Feb, 11pm to 12am (Tue-Wed). Return and Posting services will be unavailable during this period.

• 11 Mar 2021 Collection Points Scheduled Maintenance

  The following services will not able be available from 13 March, 2300hrs to 14 March, 0900hrs:

  • Return and Post services for all POPStations
  • Collection and return services at all Locker Alliance lockers
• 03 Mar 2021 Track & Trace Maintenance

  Due to scheduled upgrading and maintenance, Track & Trace function will not be available from 6 Mar, 2230 to 7 Mar, 1030.

• 23 Nov 2020 Festive Delay

  Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, many postal operators have announced service delays. For your parcel to reach your recipients in time for Christmas during this peak period, please do post your parcels as early as possible.

• 29 Oct 2020 POPStation Scheduled Maintenance

  All POPStation would be undergoing scheduled maintenance from Saturday, 31 Oct 2020 11pm to Sunday, 01 Nov 2020 8am. During the maintenance, Collection, Return, Posting and Rent-A-POP services would be unavailable.

• 20 Jul 2020 Japan – Service delays

  Japan Post has advised that the country is experiencing heavy rains and massive flooding. The postal network has been severely affected and some post offices have been closed. Some roads are also inaccessible to traffic, which is delaying the delivery of all postal items.

• 20 Jul 2020 China (People’s Rep) – Floods

  China Post has advised that several provinces in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River have recently been experiencing severe waterlogging or massive flooding resulting from heavy rains.  The collection, delivery and transportation of all inbound and outbound international mail products (letter-post, parcel-post and EMS items) to and from Jiangxi, Jiangsu, Guangxi, Anhui, Hubei, Hunan, Chongqing, Sichuan, Zhejiang and Guizhou provinces is subject to disruption, and the processing, transportation and delivery of inbound items to those provinces may be delayed.  China Post is therefore declaring a situation of force majeure.
