• 10 Dec 2018 Australia – Normal operations

  Australia Post has updated that the severe weather and bushfires in parts of New South Wales, Australia, have stopped. Postal services in the areas affected has returned to normal.

• 10 Dec 2018 Italy – Severe weather

  Poste Italiane has advised that severe weather conditions since November 20 are impacting delivery services in parts of Italy.

• 03 Dec 2018 Australia – Normal operations

  Australia Post has advised that the rains in Sydney and New South Wales have stopped and most flooding have subsided.   

• 03 Dec 2018 SpeedPost Express - Iran

  Please kindly note that with immediate effect, all services in and out of Iran are temporary suspended till further notice.

• 30 Nov 2018 Australia – Severe weather

  Australia Post has advised that since 28 November 2018, an extreme weather event has been disrupting collection and delivery of all classes of mail in New South Wales for all postcodes starting with 2.  Service delays are expected.

   

• 30 Nov 2018 Canada – Resumption of service

   

  Canada Post has advised the resumption of mail acceptance in their service.  Please note that all postal items to Canada are subject to serious delay due to the severe mail and parcel backlogs created by the rotating strikes and labour disruption.  The delays should diminish gradually through December and into the New Year. However, it may be March 2019 before they are able to meet the normal delivery standards.

  If you receive a call or an email claiming to be from SingPost, please do not provide any personal information, such as your full name, NRIC and bank account details, or transfer any money that may be requested.

• 28 Nov 2018 Greece – Strike

  Hellenic Post has advised that the General Confederation of Greek Workers has announced a 24-hour strike, which begin on 28 November 2018. Both international and domestic mail collection and delivery will be affected.

• 26 Nov 2018 Australia – Severe weather

  Australia Post has advised that since 21 November 2018, severe weather and bushfires have been affecting the collection and delivery of mail in parts of New South Wales, including the postal codes: 2318, 2319, 1695, 2689 and 3129.

• 19 Nov 2018 Canada – Suspension of service

  Mailing services in Canada are suspended due to ongoing strikes that have caused delays and significant backlogs, even as negotiations are ongoing. Members of the public are advised to defer mailing to Canada until further notice.
